Shipping & Returns

Pro Disk Network. Promises to deliver you with the high quality products at finest prices and tries best to make your experience a good one. However, if you receive a product and do not find it appropriate or anything goes wrong, then you don’t need to worry as we give you the option of returning the item. check Return Policy for further information.

Shipping

Currently, we only ship inside the USA but you could check with Sales Dept. for international shipping arrangement Note: there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items, shipping time frame estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Also note that, the shipping rates for items we sell are estimated. you could contact sales dept. for custom shipping method or ship on buyer account.

Normally, item ship on same day if order place 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time however, there is 1 to 2 days handling time required and you can notify the Sales Dept. for urgent delivery. 

We ship with all renowned shipping provider such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, Royal Mail and DHL.

On Holidays / Weekends, we don't process the order and Saturday delivery option could be check with Sales Dept.

 

Return Policy

 

 

Pro Disk Networks Inc. committed to providing high-quality new and refurbished IT equipment that is delivered to you in excellent condition. However, there may be occasions where the product you purchase turns out to be defective, incompatible, or simply not what you thought you had ordered. Whatever the case, we are here to sort this out for you.

Warranty Information

New Town Spares does not manufacture any of the products displayed on our website. For the products listed, New Town Spares is simply a reseller, retailer, and distributor.

The products may, in certain circumstances, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if present). New Town Spares assigns and passes to the customer any warranty from the manufacturer. The customer acknowledges that they shall have recourse only under such warranty and only as mentioned by the manufacturer of the products.

The company makes no representation or express warranty with respect to the product except those stated in this document. New Town Spares disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, with regard to any such product, including and without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any implied warranty arising from statute, trade usage, the course of dealing, or course of performance will also be treated the same.

All products come with 30 days replacement warranty, until it is mentioned specifically.

NOTE: Warranty will be voided in case of short circuit and if the item shows any kind of signs of wrong use of power supply. No warranty will be claimed if the item is damaged or show signs of water or any liquid in it.

Faulty Products

If you find a fault with your products within the warranty period, let us know immediately and we will either fix the problem, or send out a replacement. These replacement parts may be different FRU, spare, or part number from the one you ordered.

If we receive a product back under warranty and once tested there is "No Fault Found" or the problem is due to an Incompatibility problem with your setup hardware/software there is a $10 charge for testing and 25% restocking Fee.

Change / Cancellation

You have the right to cancel an order from the moment it has been placed on our site right up until 14 days from the day after you receive the products. If you need to change any details of an order you have placed with us, delivery address, quantity, or cancel it completely, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.

If you notify us of cancellation before we ship the product, then we will refund your account with 4% Deduction as Transctional fee. If you cancel your order after receiving the goods, you may be charged a 25% restocking fee.

Change of Mind / Non-Faulty Returns

Unwanted products will be taken back within 14 working days of purchase so long as they are in original condition, the package is unopened and no seals have been broken.

If there has been no fault on our part then there will be 25-50% restocking Fee; and it's important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition.

Original condition: Accessories, manuals, software and warranties must be enclosed in their original packaging and should be undamaged.

Wrong / Incomplete Product

If delivered products do not match your order or are missing items, we will of course be able to resolve this promptly and supply the correct product for you.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Remember! Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please allow up to 2 working day for authorization of your return and RMA Number.
